- Laurie James is the NIE Coordinator for The Evening Sun Newspaper in Hanover, PA. She also assists with the teen section called, The Student Sun. Laurie is a member of the PNA Youth & New Readership Committee and has served as the chairman of the PNA/NIE State Committee. She has been a presenter at NAA Foundation National Conferences, and written articles for the Foundation Update publication and the PA Press publication. The NIE program at The Evening Sun has been recognized as a winner in the “Best of NIE” category for the National Newspaper Association. Laurie has been at The Evening Sun for seven years.
